For me, if I don’t have a good night sleep or I don’t get a restful sleep or I go to bed way too late my fitness is one of the first things to go. I just know I am not going to train well that day if I train at all. I can feel it as soon as I get up.

  • Have a short nap – napping has a negative social stigma however it can be helpful to feel better rather than caffeine and sugar for sure
  • Use special meditation music recordings to help you have a good night sleep and deep positive dreams
