We have been using a home gym since 2001 when we first started working with clients in their home. We felt if we were going to be successful in teaching others to train at home we needed to walk our talk. When we started training at home we weren’t sure if we were going to enjoy it. What we found is that not only do we enjoy it, we find working out at home to be one of the best decisions we made for our fitness. Now some individuals do bodyweight training only and that is one way to work out. Personally, I enjoy a good range of fitness equipment in my home gym to allow for variety and challenge depending on the day. In my home gym, I have a variety of kettlebells, dumbbells bands, balls, Bosu, body weight programs that I follow and I use them all.
