What I like about this video with Craig and Chris sharing what they feel are the 5 best kettlebell exercises  is the very good instruction to successfully do each exercise with correct form.  Training with kettlebells is an awesome way to get the best kettlebell exercises for lower body done without  beinBest kettlebell exercisesg bored. Kettlebells are simple excellent training tools.  And personally I find kettlebells to be a much different way to train in my home gym than barbells or dumbbells.
